We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Investigations Specialist II to join our team. This role involves investigating high-severity incidents involving Flex Delivery Partners (DPs) and providing informed business decisions. The ideal candidate is a bilingual (Japanese/English) skilled communicator and problem solver with a passion for conducting thorough investigations to ensure accurate and fair outcomes.

Key job responsibilities
• Investigate high-severity incidents involving Flex DPs, ensuring thoroughness and accuracy in all findings.
• Provide well-informed business decisions based on investigative outcomes.
• Take ownership of functional issues, offering high-quality solutions and championing proactive improvements.
• Exhibit excellent individual problem-solving and analytical skills to review and investigate cases.
• Demonstrate technical competence and self-motivation, thriving in a fast-paced team environment with minimal supervision.
• Display flexibility by working within different queues and providing support as needed for additional tasks, deep dives, and escalations.
• Ensure compliance with established procedures and Service Level Agreements (SLAs) while achieving and maintaining high-quality and performance metrics.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $35,000/year in our lowest geographic market up to $71,400/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
