Data Entry Analyst
The Data Entry Specialist is responsible for supporting new sales and renewal installations within the Client's Membership Connect Systems. This role ensures accuracy and completeness of group installation data, bridging gaps between systems and tools, and maintaining alignment across multiple platforms. Location: Remote | 1st shift PST hours Hourly Rate: $28 - $34 Key Responsibilities: Support installation processing for new sales and renewals in KPMC and MMB systems. • Manage and reconcile rate sheets, ORMB, and Alt Quote spreadsheets to ensure data integrity. • Track and resolve discrepancies related to company codes, group numbers, and installation details. • Maintain a work tracking log in Excel to monitor assignments and completion status. • Use Lotus Notes, KPMC C&C, and KPMC GSU for research and status verification (read-only access in EMWS). • Collaborate with business partners to ensure timely and accurate installation updates, focusing on KPSC market data.
