About the position
Intuit is seeking Tax Experts for the upcoming tax season. This position offers the opportunity to work 100% remotely, allowing you to collaborate with an exceptional team from the comfort of your home or office. As a Tax Expert, you will play a crucial role in helping customers navigate the complexities of taxation, providing them with the necessary support to complete their taxes using Intuit TurboTax products. You will be responsible for delivering tax advice, full-service return preparation, tax calculations, and managing product/software inquiries. Your work will contribute to advancing Intuit's goal of "Powering Prosperity Around the World." To succeed in this role, you must have a minimum of 2 years of paid experience filing 30 or more federal and state individual 1040 tax returns, utilizing commercial tax preparation software. You should possess an active, unrestricted credential such as EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney, along with strong tax preparation experience and extensive knowledge of tax laws. Excellent customer service skills are essential, as you will interact with customers through video and audio tools in a professional, friendly, and confident manner. Additionally, you must have (or be willing to obtain) a dedicated hardwired internet connection that meets Intuit's security criteria and be available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week. This role is designed for individuals who are passionate about helping clients and are committed to enhancing Intuit's brand by delighting customers and empowering them to prepare their taxes effectively.
