Role Overview We are looking for exceptional students from top global universities (MIT, Harvard, Stanford, University of Pennsylvania, etc.) to join Unchaai as Interns in strategy, product innovation, and growth. This role offers a chance to work closely with the founding team on initiatives that directly impact the future of education. Responsibilities • Conduct research on education trends, competitive landscape, and student needs. • Assist in product development – from brainstorming features to testing prototypes. • Collaborate with mentors and educators to design impactful learning experiences. • Create growth strategies to increase student sign-ups and mentor engagement. • Analyze user data and feedback to optimize content, platform, and outreach. • Prepare presentations, reports, and investor-ready documents. Requirements • Currently enrolled at MIT, Harvard, Stanford, University of Pennsylvania, or other top-tier global universities. • Strong academic record and analytical skills. • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. • Passion for education, mentorship, and social impact. • Prior experience in startups, research, or product development is a plus.
