Then here’s some more information about the role We are looking for a motivated UI/UX Design Intern eager to build solid UX & UI skills and gain hands-on experience with design systems. Under the guidance of senior designers, you will help craft consistent, intuitive interfaces for our learning products while learning industry-standard tools and methods. Role Overview Assist with design system maintenance: Help update Figma components, tokens, and documentation. Support UI production: Create layout variations, states, and lightweight prototypes under senior direction. Participate in user testing: Observe usability sessions and assist in synthesizing findings for design iterations. Collaborate cross-functionally: Attend stand-ups and design critiques with product, engineering, and content teams. Uphold accessibility standards: Learn WCAG principles and apply them to interface tweaks and redlines. Have a path to a full-time job, based on performance Basic Qualifications Currently pursuing (or recently completed) a degree or certification in Design, HCI, or a related field. Foundational knowledge of visual hierarchy, typography, color, and responsive design. Familiarity with Figma or similar design tools (coursework or personal projects acceptable). Strong willingness to learn, take feedback, and iterate quickly. Clear communication skills and the ability to collaborate in a remote environment.
