Intern - Talent Management & Production

ATN Entertainment is a Talent Management and Production company located in Hollywood, CA servicing over 115 clients. Here at ATN, we are passionate about maintaining a positive work environment and we look for interns who will contribute to our wonderful team!
Interns must be able to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment. A great work ethic goes a long way. Coming to work with a great attitude and genuine interest in ATN and the entertainment industry is key.
All interns applying must respect and treat this as a real job. It is an important position, as our clients put their careers in our hands and we will be depending on you to perform well at the job.
You will arrange a schedule that works around your schooling and that is the schedule you will be expected to keep. Reliability in this position keeps our company running smoothly. Remember, you are not working for free; your compensation is not only school credits, but a wealth of knowledge and experience in the entertainment business that can bring you closer to paid positions in the field you strive to be a part of.

Our interns work as a team and assist in all areas of the company that involve management. Duties include, but are not limited to:
- Submitting clients
- Creating email pitches to send to casting directors
- Script coverage
- Maintaining spreadsheets
- Industry research
- Updating spreadsheets
- Assisting the CEO and her assistant on projects they assign
We also teach our interns how to use Breakdowns so they have it on their resume, and are able to assist in the submission area if need be.
Time/Days Required: Our business hours are Monday-Friday and we are looking for interns to assist us in the mornings, evenings and on weekends. Depending on your availability, we are looking to hire a morning intern or an evening intern. Number of days a week are flexible to your schedule.
- Morning intern: 7-11 AM (PST) Mon-Fri
- Evening Intern: 6-10 PM (PST) Mon-Fri
- Weekends - either Sat or Sun, 3 hours shifts
We are very interested in more time as you can learn a lot more and will be of more assistance to us with more time. We are of course flexible to school schedules and paying work.
ATN is fully remote but the intern hours must be conducive to ATN's office hours.
MUST BE ABLE TO RECEIVE COLLEGE CREDIT OR SOMETHING EQUIVALENT. If you are not in college or looking for college credit, this job does not pertain to you and your application will go unanswered.
