Learn more at dnb.com/careers.Role: Intern (Sales Support)Duration: 3 Months Location: Turbhe, Navi Mumbai Key Responsibilities: Perform data crunching and screening to prepare datasets for internal calling and sales teams using ExcelConduct data cleansing and de-duplication to maintain accuracy and prevent reallocation of renewal customer accounts and active leadsCreate and maintain dashboards and reports for visualizing sales performance and pipeline metricsEnsure proper filter context flow from lookup tables to data tables for accurate reportingActivate DRS/ERS through the online portal and manage lead inflow from multiple sourcesScreen and collate leads for allocation to the sales team, ensuring timely feedback and database updatesProvide contact data for email campaigns and maintain related dashboardsInitiate email blasts via Marketo to support lead generation effortsSupport campaign execution and performance trackingTake on additional responsibilities as needed for new projects and initiatives Key Requirements: Graduate or Postgraduate in any discipline; prior experience in a similar profile is an added advantageBasic proficiency in Microsoft Excel is mandatoryStrong verbal and written communication abilities, along with effective probing skillsFluency in English and Hindi is essentialWillingness to take on ad hoc tasks and adapt to shifting priorities in a dynamic work environment Additional Information All Dun & Bradstreet job postings can be found at https://www.dnb.com/about-us/careers-and-people/joblistings.html and https://jobs.lever.co/dnb.
