Work with an amazing team and help build something meaningful together with our community.About the roleClimatiq is looking for an motivated and ambitious intern in Sale Operations to help us build out efficient processes for the Sales, Partnerships and Customer Success teams and enable them to better serve our customers. This involves understanding and categorising existing legal agreements (standard vs nonstandard term), reviewing vendor contracts, setting up processes in Hubspot or other tools we are using and more.This is a 6 months internship, full time and based in Berlin, and could potentially be converted into a full time role based on performance. As a Sales Operations Intern, you'll play a key role in ensuring our sales and customer success teams have the tools and data they need to succeed. You'll assist with a variety of tasks that contribute to the smooth operation of our sales processes, from maintaining data integrity to helping with reporting and analysis. This internship is perfect for someone who is eager to learn and can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.What you'll doData Management: Help maintain and clean data in our CRM (e.g. Hubspot), ensuring information is accurate and up-to-date.Legal Integrity: Categorising and organising legal documents and agreements with vendors and customersReporting & Analysis: Assist in creating and running reports on sales performance, pipeline health, and other key metrics.Process Improvement: Identify and suggest ways to streamline and improve our sales operations processes.Tool Support: Provide basic support for our sales tech stack, helping with user access and troubleshooting.General Support: Assist the Sales Operations team with various administrative tasks and special projects as needed.What we're looking forA current student or recent graduate pursuing a degree in Business, Economics, Law or a related field.Highly proficient with Google Sheets (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)Highly detail-oriented and analytical, with a knack for spotting inconsistencies in data and legal contractsA strong communicator who can work well both independently and as part of a team.Eager to learn and not afraid to ask questions.Bonus points if you have experience with a CRM like Hubspot or other sales tools.Additional InformationLocation: Berlin, hybrid (2-3 days in office per week)Starting date: As soon as possibleHours: Full-time, flexible working hoursCompensation: Competitive salary and benefits, including employee stock options, learning and development stipend, regular team offsites, and moreAs a certified B Corp, Climatiq is an equal-opportunity employer and we welcome and encourage candidates from all backgrounds and experiences to apply for roles on our team.
