Job Summary We are seeking a motivated, detail-oriented Revenue Operations professional to support our commissions operations, ensuring accurate calculations, timely payments, and consistent adherence to compensation plan rules. This role will partner closely with Sales Leadership, Finance, and Payroll to manage end-to-end commission processes—from data validation and calculation through approvals, payout reporting, and issue resolution—while maintaining strong controls and audit readiness – using our CRM tool Salesforce. The ideal candidate thrives in a structured, fast-paced environment, is highly reliable with sensitive data, and is passionate about improving accuracy, transparency, and efficiency through clear documentation and process optimization.
Job requirements

Job responsibilities
Support end-to-end commissions operations, ensuring calculations and payouts areaccurate, complete, and delivered on timeValidate and reconcile commission inputs/outputs (e.g., Salesforce opportunity data, quotas, plan rules) and investigate variances through to resolutionPartner withRevOps, Finance, and Sales to prepare commission statements, support approvals, and coordinate payout executionOwn testing of the new Salesforce commissions engine: develop test scenarios, run UAT, document results/issues, and assess reliability and viability for the businessDocument processes, controls, and lessons learned to improve accuracy, transparency, and scalability of the commissions program
