Business Intelligence Developer - Lumicera

Lumicera Health Services is an innovative specialty pharmacy solutions provider. They are seeking a Business Intelligence Developer to identify and communicate data-driven insights for informed decision-making, collaborating with various teams to ensure data integrity and effective reporting.ResponsibilitiesUse and/or collaborate with Lumicera Analytics & Data team on Qlikview, QlikSense, SQL Server Management Studio, Oracle SQL Developer, and other tools to prepare data visualizations and ad hoc reportsTranslate Lumicera contracted client deliverables into reporting application requirements for BI tool monitoring dashboards or metrics monitoring modelsIdentify inter-departmental dependencies and downstream impacts of changes within reporting applicationsCommunicate effectively and work closely with a variety of users to gather requirements, present solutions, validate effectiveness, and conduct user testingAdapt quickly to changing reporting requirements and new BI tools in a rapidly evolving, high-growth organizationFacilitate in ongoing data validation to ensure data integrity and reliabilityVerify analysis, reports or other deliverables are complete and accurateAssist users on how to extract the information from the BI toolsIdentify and provide insights into streamlining analytics processes and research improvement opportunitiesOther duties as assignedSkillsExperience with BI tools such as Tableau, Qlikview/QlikSense, SAS, Power B.I. or other Business Intelligence software and/or data visualization programs is requiredThe ability to consistently interact cooperatively and respectfully with other employeesBA/BS with focus on business, computer science, information systems, mathematics, statistics or equivalent combined education and experience preferredAt least one year of experience in analytics, data modeling, or business intelligence is preferredKnowledge with additional data analytic tools such as SQL, Python or R is preferred1 to 2 years of Pharmacy Benefit Management, Pharmacy, managed care, business, statistics, or analytical programs preferredBenefitsTop of the industry benefits for Health, Dental, and Vision insurance20 days paid time off4 weeks paid parental leave9 paid holidays401K company match of up to 5% - No vesting requirementAdoption Assistance ProgramFlexible Spending AccountEducational Assistance Plan and Professional Membership assistanceReferral Bonus Program – up to $750!Company OverviewIf you are applying for a position at Lumicera Health Services, please only apply to jobs listed on https://navitus.com/our-company/careers/ Lumicera Health Services is defining the “new norm” in specialty pharmacy to optimize patient well-being.
