They are seeking an early-career Interior Designer with 1-5 years of professional experience to join their collaborative design team, assisting with the development of design concepts and documentation. Responsibilities Assist with the development of interior design concepts, space planning, and design presentations Support the selection and specification of finishes, furniture, and materials Produce presentation materials, including renderings, mood boards, and graphics Participate in meetings, design reviews, and internal quality assurance efforts Work with a team to prepare design documentation, including plans, elevations, sections, and details Coordinate with internal project teams as well as external consultants and product reps Assist with construction administration tasks such as submittal reviews, RFIs, and site visits Maintain organized project files and adhere to client and firm standards and deadlines Skills Bachelor's degree in Interior Design or Interior Architecture from an accredited program 1–5 years of professional experience in a commercial interior design or architecture firm Working knowledge of commercial building codes, ADA requirements, and industry standards Proficient in Revit and Adobe Creative Suite Strong design sensibility, graphic skills, and attention to detail Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize deadlines, and work collaboratively within a team Clear verbal and written communication skills Professional, proactive, and eager to learn Experience with Enscape a plus Benefits Strong mentoring environment Numerous continuing education programs Flexible, hybrid work approach Company Overview BWBR is a team of professionals in architecture, interior design, planning, and research who are committed to the optimal performance of people, spaces, and organizations.
