NHA is a brand in Ascend Learning’s healthcare segment.WHAT YOU'LL DOAs an Integration Specialist Health Sciences Educator, you’ll engage, retain and empower NHA’s customers to fully utilize our products and services to achieve their desired results within their educator and employer programs.WHERE YOU’LL WORKThis position will work remote in the United States.HOW YOU’LL SPEND YOUR TIME

Guide and map the adoption and product implementation of NHA resources in the customer’s program or training curriculum by defining and optimizing the customer’s journey, including influencing the end-to-end experience and adoption of resources to meet the customer’s and student outcome goals
Drive additional value by encouraging deeper feature adoption
Create and present training, webinars and tradeshow presentations to promote and use and adoption of NHA resource in educator and employer programs
Train Client Success Senior Specialists in product implementation to improve the overall client experience
Collaborate with Sales to inform product roadmap and sales processes, collaborate and provide feedback to team members regarding product and service improvements
WHAT YOU'LL NEED

Bachelor's degree in nursing, and an active RN license in good standing OR
Associate or Bachelor’s degree with Medical Assistant training and certification

6+ years of industry experience as a nurse and/or medical assistant
Required experience in both academic teaching and clinical experience
Professional communication skills both written and verbal
Coachable and willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Strong proficiency in technical tools and platforms (i.e. MS office suite, virtual meeting platforms)
Strong project coordination skills
Strong ability to collaborate with others
Ability to present to small and large groups in a professional manner
Operational Efficiency
Strong problem-solving skills
Experience in nursing education using ATI and/or NHA resources, strongly preferred
Expertise teaching standardized exam preparation for the NCLEX or other health certification, strongly preferred
Clinical educator experience including overseeing students through their clinical rotation preferred
Up to 10% of travel is expected
