Role Description
Instructor Fluent in English and Spanish. This is a PART-TIME 1099 Work-at-home role for an Insurance Instructor located in Florida. The Insurance Instructor will be responsible for delivering engaging and informative educational sessions to aspiring insurance professionals using a PRE-RECORDED PRESENTATION. Meet online live streaming once a week with students. Key responsibilities include preparing course materials, teaching insurance concepts, facilitating discussions, evaluating student progress, and providing guidance for industry certifications. The instructor will foster a supportive learning environment while staying up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure the most relevant and accurate information is delivered. Qualifications
• Strong knowledge of insurance principles, policies, and industry standards
• Experience in teaching, training, or public speaking, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively
• Organizational skills for preparing lesson plans and managing course materials
• Ability to mentor and provide constructive feedback to students
• Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for instructional purposes
• Licensure or certification in the insurance field (e.g., L&H or P&C), for FIVE (5) or more years
• Familiarity with state and federal insurance laws and regulations
• A positive attitude and a passion for education and professional development
• Ability to pass School Finals witha 75% or better
