We are seeking a motivated and customer-oriented individual to join our team as an Insurance Inside Service and Sales representative at Allstate Insurance Agency - Erick Ellgren in Honolulu, HI. Responsibilities:
Assist clients with insurance policy inquiries and changes
Identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell insurance products
Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
Process policy renewals and updates
Provide support to the sales team as needed
Requirements:

Active insurance license or willingness to obtain one
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in computer systems and software
