Social Media Marketing Manager

Nature and Scope Reporting to our Digital Strategy Lead, the Social Media Marketing Manager is responsible for the day-to-day management of the CeriFi family of brands social media platforms. You will analyze data to determine optimal initiatives, increase our exposure through social media platforms, and work closely with the Acquisition Marketing team to build brand relevance and relationships with our customers and students. Your responsibilities will include planning, execution, social listening, engaging, content creation, and analytics and reporting. The ideal candidate will have a mix of Consumer and B2B experience. Roles and Responsibilities: • Plan, manage, schedule, and execute the CeriFi family of brands social media strategy across chosen platforms. • Monitor the daily social conversation of our followers, our brands, other brands, teams, and influencers to gauge social media sentiment. • Manage social channels performance - provide insights, recommendations, and regularly scheduled reports. • Ensure all social media channels maintain brand alignment and consistency. • Help build, test, launch and analyze digital/social campaigns based on prospective and active student stages in the life cycle. • Lead the production of social posts and materials as required to support our marketing campaigns and programs. • Turn analytical and community insights into brand-relevant ideas. • Create, maintain, and evolve social editorial calendars, as a part of the overall CeriFi marketing calendar and/or quarterly promotions. • Contribute to the development of seasonal go-to-market strategies. • Collaborate regularly with other members of the marketing team and others across the company, as required. • As required, manage contractor or freelancer relationships Apply tot his job
