Jenesis Software is seeking a motivated and engaging Software Trainer to join our fully remote team. If you’ve worked in an insurance agency and have experience training others — this role could be a perfect fit.

What You’ll Do
• Learn the Jenesis platform inside and out
• Deliver engaging, camera-on training sessions via Zoom
• Build relationships with agency clients during onboarding and beyond
• Support customers post-training and help ensure successful adoption
• Record helpful training videos for new features and our learning library
• Test system updates and share usability feedback with our development team
• Collaborate with internal teams to align training with company goals
• Occasionally work outside standard hours when needed

Requirements
• Experience working at an insurance agency, carrier, or vendor
• Prior experience training others on software, systems, or processes
• Clear, professional communication and presentation skills
• Comfortable using Zoom, screen sharing, and remote tools
• Reliable, organized, and self-directed in a fully remote environment
• Must pass a full background check
Preferred (Nice to Have):
• Experience with Agency Management Systems (e.g. Jenesis, EZLynx, AMS360, HawkSoft)
• CRM knowledge
• Bilingual
• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree
Compensation & Benefits
• Salary: $45,000 to $55,000 annually
• Bonus opportunities
