Instructor - Clinical Medical Assisting (REMOTE)

As a Certified Clinical Medical Assistant Instructor at our institute, you will play a crucial role in providing top-notch support to our students, ensuring they excel in their training and successfully enter the healthcare workforce.
Responsibilities:
Teach highly engaging live classes over Zoom in the mornings or evenings
Grade student projects and provide feedback as necessary
Communicate regularly with students over email and other community tools
Receive guidance and direction from the internal team at Stepful
Qualifications
Medical Assistant Certification (Required)
Bachelors Degree in related healthcare field preferred (Required)
Experience teaching Clinical Medical Assisting or Phlebotomy online, with knowledge of course development, instruction, evaluation, and academic advising
Experience working as a Certified Medical Assistant in a clinical setting
Experience with digital tools for teaching, teaching in either online or blended/hybrid formats (Blackboard, Canvas etc)
Experience teaching students of diverse backgrounds and abilities
Stellar writing and communication skills
Ability to work 15 20 hours per week
