This role focuses on creating engaging, scalable learning content and delivering training to diverse audiences—from data consumers to aspiring Power BI developers.
What You’ll Do
• Design and develop Power BI and data literacy learning materials (courses, modules, videos, eLearning).
• Facilitate virtual and in‑person training sessions for clinical, operational, and executive teams.
• Partner with SMEs to translate complex BI concepts into accessible learning experiences.
• Conduct user interviews, pilot content, and iterate based on feedback.
• Support program strategy, adoption efforts, and impact reporting.
What You Bring
• 2+ years instructional design or training experience.
• 4+ years in data/analytics with hands‑on Power BI skills.
• Experience with tools like Articulate, Storyline, Camtasia, Vyond, or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and learner‑engagement skills.
• Ability to design for multiple personas and technical levels.
