Job Overview Key Responsibilities Accurately enter and update teacher pension data into blithequark's database, ensuring all information is current and correct. Review and verify data for accuracy and completeness, identifying and correcting any errors or discrepancies. Maintain and update existing data records, ensuring that all information is up-to-date and accurate. Generate and distribute reports as required by management, providing timely and accurate information to support business decisions. Collaborate with team members and other departments to resolve any data discrepancies, ensuring that all data processing activities are efficient and effective. Maintain thorough documentation of all data processing activities, ensuring that all records are accurate and easily accessible. Ensure that all data processing activities comply with blithequark's policies and relevant regulations, maintaining the highest level of confidentiality and integrity. Requirements To be successful in this role, you will need to possess a high school diploma or equivalent, with additional certifications in data management or related fields being a plus. Previous experience in data entry or data processing is preferred, and you should be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
