[Remote] Business Analyst – Automation & Data Solutions (Remote)

Catapult Solutions Group is seeking a Business Analyst to support the Automation Solutions team driving digital transformation across HR operations. The role involves partnering with teams to automate business processes, translating requirements into design documents, and analyzing data to uncover optimization opportunities. Responsibilities • Partner with teams to identify, document, and automate business processes. • Lead discovery sessions to map AS-IS and TO-BE workflows. • Translate requirements into Process Design Documents (PDDs) for RPA/APA development. • Support testing, validation, and deployment of automated workflows. • Analyze and process data using SQL and Python to uncover optimization opportunities. • Stay current on automation tools like UiPath and Alteryx to recommend new capabilities. Skills • Experience mapping and optimizing complex business processes. • Strong skills in SQL and Python for data analysis. • Familiarity with automation platforms (UiPath, Alteryx). • Advanced Excel; data visualization a plus. • Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills. • HR system experience (Workday, ADP) preferred.
