Day to Day

You are able to put yourself in the customers shoes to understand their unique perspective while striving for excellent customer serviceevery customer problem is important to you, no matter how small. A whiz with data, youre able to glean invaluable qualitative and quantitative insights from customer performance data. You dont believe in doing things the same way theyve always been doneyou recognize the opportunity for change.
Responsibilities
Be the subject matter expert on aligned sales verticals
Problem-solve, examine data and present findings in a way that helps sales to optimize revenue potential via customized sales presentations
Support account managers by providing actionable insights and recommendations on campaign & product investments
Work lock-in-step with account managers to distill customer pain points, strategize on client narratives, & navigate resources for quota attainment
Skills/Competencies
Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Economics, Technical Engineering or related field
3+ years of direct experience in either Tech/SaaS sales, research & insights, account management, business analytics, solutions architecture, or consulting
Excellent time management, prioritization, negotiation, and customer service skills
Advanced communication skills with the ability to prepare and present analyses & data, coupled with proven deductive reasoning and problem-solving skills
Advanced in Microsoft Office with an emphasis on PowerPoint and Excel
Working knowledge of SQL
Proficient with a known data visualization tool(s) (Tableau or equivalent)
Salary Range Transparency
US Remote 65,000 - 95,000 USD per year
Austin TX 65,000-95,000 USD per year
NYC Metro- 70,000- 100,000 USD per year
Scottsdale AZ- 56,000-85,000 USD per year
San Francisco Bay Area- 80,000 -102,000 USD per year
Salary Range Disclaimer
The base salary range represents the low and high end of the Indeed salary range for this position in the given work location. Actual salaries will vary depending on factors including but not limited to location, experience, and performance. The range(s) listed is just one component of Indeed's total compensation package for employees.
