Job DescriptionOne of our large Healthcare Insurance clients is actively looking for a Outbound / Inbound Remote Customer Service Representative. This candidate will be responsible for helping all members of Centauri Health Solutions / Medicaid members renew benefits by verifying the applicant, and then do a quick screening of the applicants income. Once you complete income form, you will do an authorization for eligibility, & if eligible they will be authorized us to work with the state for the renewal application process. You will then submit the renewal on the members behalf. This project has a lot of moving parts and requires a 2nd Monitor.Open Shifts:11-7:3012-8:3012-8:3012-8:301:30PM-10:00PMSkills and Requirements5+ years of Customer Service Experience, both inbound & outboundGood communication and professionalismCan work 40 hours weeklyWindows 10 or 11 based system – NO MacBook or ChromebookMust have a WIRED internet connection that belong to them/ their household.
