Job DescriptionOne of our large Healthcare Insurance clients is actively looking for a Outbound / Inbound Remote Customer Service Representative. This candidate will be responsible for helping all members of Centauri Health Solutions / Medicaid members renew benefits by verifying the applicant, and then do a quick screening of the applicants income. Once you complete income form, you will do an authorization for eligibility, & if eligible they will be authorized us to work with the state for the renewal application process. You will then submit the renewal on the members behalf.
