We are looking for Sales Closers:
Overview of our Sales Role:
High volume outbound/inbound calls throughout the day
Reach out to prospective clients, providing a clear presentation of the Companys services and how we can resolve their tax issues.
Fast-paced, high volume work environment.
Establish strong working relationships.
Successfully close deals and meet/exceed expectations.
OurInside Sales Teamsare provided withexclusive, quality leads, derived from our own branded online and radio advertisements, receive inbound calls from prospective clients and internet inquiries (generated from our website), directly from individuals seeking tax assistance and financial counseling. WeDO NOTbuy leads from lead providers or third parties.
Base ($16.00/hour) Uncapped Commission
Yearly range: $80k- $150k /year
Inbound Quality Calls via In-House Marketing
ALL warm leads, NO COLD CALLING!
Start earning commission while still in training (we don't hold your hard earned $$ back!)
What skills you will bring:
2 years of recent sales experience: Inside Sales/Phone Sales(no tax experience required)
Ability to follow a script.
Outstanding Telephone Etiquette skills
Proficient Computer Skills
Excellent Interpersonal Skills with the ability to build strong relationships.
Superior Time Management
