Inside Sales Representative - 100% Remote

Our expanding team needs another self-motivated, high-volume phone sales professional. You’ll be part of employee-owned Town Square Publications. We are a national leader in producing custom digital and print publications for businesses across the country. You’ll be presenting and selling advertising products to businesses who are members of Chamber of Commerce Associations we’ve contracted with. Bring us your track record of exceeding sales targets and we will provide you with the tools and training for success. Key Responsibilities: · Dial an average 100 calls per day, 500 per week, using provided warm leads. · Utilize software programs (Salesforce, RingCentral and MS Excel) to manage your work. · Leave scripted voicemail messages when unable to reach point of contact. · Provide templated email sales support materials to your customers. · Complete daily sales reports and other administrative/clerical/collection tasks. · This is NOT an account management/relationship-building position. Requirements: · Proven high-volume, relevant sales experience. Prior call-center/inside sales success preferred. · Exceptional verbal communication skills, confident phone presence, comfort with script-based sales and ability to craft professional emails · Tenacity! You must be self-motivated and able to work independently. · Proficient with CRM and phone dialer technologies or have transferable technology skills. · Reliable, high speed internet service. · Candidates in EST and CST locations strongly preferred. o Base salary draw is $32,000 + 20% uncapped commissions upon sale o Average gross pay for 2025 team was 69k o 30% of 2025 team grossed between 74k and 100k o Benefits: Employee stock ownership, health/dental/vision Insurance, life and disability insurance, 401k, identity theft insurance, 100% remote work & more.
