Inside Sales Manager β Virtual Assistant (Remote)
About the Role:
We are seeking a motivated and highly organized Inside Sales Manager (Virtual Assistant) to support inside sales, recruiting, and professional outreach across our various subsidiaries. This role is responsible for driving sales activity, supporting recruitment of virtual assistants and caregivers, and coordinating virtual Lunch & Learn presentations with partners and referral sources. Thorough sales training will be provided on our sales process, scripts, systems, and expectations.
Key Responsibilities β Sales
β’ Conduct outbound calls, texts, and emails to warm and cold leads
β’ Follow up with prospects and referral partners consistently
β’ Qualify leads and schedule discovery or sales calls
β’ Maintain accurate CRM records and sales pipelines
β’ Support proposals, follow-ups, and closing activities
Key Responsibilities β Recruiting
β’ Recruit Virtual Assistants, caregivers, CNAs, and support staff for multiple subsidiaries
β’ Source candidates through job boards, referrals, and direct outreach
β’ Conduct initial screening and pre-qualification calls
β’ Schedule interviews and onboarding sessions
β’ Maintain applicant tracking systems and recruiting pipelines
Key Responsibilities β Virtual Lunch & Learns
β’ Coordinate, host, and facilitate virtual Lunch & Learn sessions
β’ Confirm attendees, manage calendars, and send reminders
β’ Present company overview, services, and value proposition (training and materials provided)
β’ Manage Q&A and post-event follow-up
β’ Track attendance, referrals, and conversions
β’ Management & Reporting
β’ Manage and prioritize sales and recruiting pipelines
β’ Ensure consistent follow-up and task completion
β’ Track KPIs including appointments booked, hires made, and event outcomes
β’ Provide weekly performance and activity reports
Required Qualifications
β’ Experience in inside sales, recruiting, or appointment setting
β’ Confident, professional phone and video presence
β’ Strong verbal and written English communication skills
β’ Highly organized with excellent follow-up skills
β’ Comfortable using CRMs, ATS systems, Zoom/Google Meet, and Google Workspace
β’ Reliable internet connection and professional remote workspace

β’ Experience hosting virtual presentations or Lunch & Learns
β’ Healthcare, staffing, or service-based industry experience
β’ Virtual Assistant experience
