Inside Sales Executive - Medical Device

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer centric Inside Sales Executive in Europe to join our team. This inside sales executive will be customer-facing and lead sales of regulatory advisory services in assigned territory, which requires basic knowledge of medical regulations, collaboration with internal experts, and a sense of urgency to respond to customer inquiries and promote Emergo’s services. ResponsibilitiesServes as primary point of contact for existing accounts and new clients; responds quickly to client inquiries Educates clients on medical device regulatory requirements and takes ownership throughout the sales cycle, from initial contact through project scoping and contract execution; brings in additional technical resources (e.g., subject matter experts) when neededResponsible for understanding specific customer needs, articulating Emergo by UL’s value proposition in client presentations and proposals and managing client interactions to close salesBuilds trust and engages with customers to identify their specific needs and pain points (e.g., understanding the basic regulatory requirements surrounding the customers product and the potential pathway to market)Maintains up to date knowledge on the global medical device regulatory landscape and the services offered from Emergo by ULMeets or exceeds quarterly and annual sales quotas; works closely with subject matter experts to craft customized advisory service solutions that deliver value and address customer needsAdvises business leadership on evolving customer needs, pain points, and industry trends to help inform future offeringsWorks closely with Account Executives to ensure seamless collaboration with customers throughout the sales cycleQualificationsBachelor’s and/or graduate degree, in business, biomedical engineering, life science or related fieldEnglish proficiency must be at least C1 level3+ years of consultative sales experience with proven ability to meet and exceed sales targetsMedical device and/or life science industry experience preferrableBusiness acumen and deep understanding of business sales processesProficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook), and CRM softwareCompanyA global leader in applied safety science, UL Solutions (NYSE: ULS) transforms safety, security and sustainability challenges into opportunities for customers in more than 110 countries.
