Human Resources Generalist
Property Solutions Group is a company dedicated to providing exceptional support in Human Resources and other services. The Human Resources Generalist will support day-to-day HR operations, administer employee leave programs, coordinate benefits, and ensure compliance with employment laws.ResponsibilitiesServe as the primary contact for HR inquiries related to policies, benefits, and HR systemsMaintain accurate HRIS data and personnel recordsPrepare employment-related documentationEnsure work authorization and compliance documentation is currentAssists with programs to recognize and celebrate employees including but not limited to employee reward programsHelp develop and streamline HR processes, create, and maintain process documents, maintain personnel files and organizational charts, and aid with monthly billing processesSupport onboarding and offboarding processes as neededAssist with ad-hoc HR projectsCoordinate employee training and development programs and audit all online compliance training such as Fair Housing and sexual harassment to ensure timely completion and complianceCoordinate employee benefits programs including health, dental, vision, life insurance, and retirement plansSupport annual open enrollment and benefits communicationsAssist employees with benefits enrollment and changesCoordinate with benefits vendors and complete benefit reconciliationAdminister employee leave of absence programs including FMLA, state leave programs, disability leaves, pregnancy disability leave, military leave, and personal leavesServe as the primary point of contact for employees and managers regarding leave processes, eligibility, and documentation requirementsCoordinate leave from intake through return-to-work, including required notices, documentation tracking, and HRIS updatesSupport the ADA interactive process and workplace accommodationsTrack leave usage and ensure compliance with federal and state regulationsMaintain confidentiality of medical and leave recordsAssist with HR reporting, audits, and annual processes such as EEO-1 and performance reviewsCoordinate compliance training and track completionStay current on employment law and HR best practicesAssist with employee recognition programs and HR communicationsSupport HR projects and process improvementsSkills1–2 years of HR experience requiredPrior experience administering FMLA, ADA, and state leave laws requiredPrior experience with benefits administration requiredStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsExcellent communication and customer service skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and HRIS systemsExperience supporting multi statesExcellent verbal and written communication skillsExcellent interpersonal and customer service skillsProven success working in a team-oriented, collaborative environmentExcellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlinesStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsProficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related softwareBilingual - a plusBenefitsComprehensive Health BenefitsTax-Saving BenefitsCompany-paid life insuranceGenerous paid vacation, sick leave, and holidaysCompany OverviewAt PSG, we understand that every property management company has unique needs and requirements.
