Your Week at a Glance:
• Mon–Thurs: 1:30PM to 9PM or 10PM MST
• Friday: 1:30PM to 5PM MST
• Talk to 25+ warm leads each day
• Stay on the phones for 3.5+ hrs/day
• Convert leads into meaningful conversations and appointments
• Follow a proven script and track it all in our CRM
The Role in Numbers:
• Base Pay: $52K
• Bonus Potential: $27K+
• On-Target Earnings: $97K
Who You Are:
• You make 60+ calls/day and still bring energy to each one
• You love B2C selling, especially high-ticket
• You’ve held no more than 3 jobs in the last 5 years
• You’re confident, coachable, and organized under pressure
• You’ve been recognized for excellence — personally or professionally
• You follow scripts, track your activity, and grind with purpose
• You haven’t been self-employed in the past 6 months
• You thrive on structure, expectations, and results
Performance Metrics You'll Own:
• 50% of leads turn into real conversations
• 45% of conversations become appointments
• 93% of pitch calls become qualified prospects
• $150–$250+ per lead (28-day average)
