Ā Conduct onboarding calls for new clients to facilitate a seamless transition to our services.
Ā Track and manage client cases for our loyalty program, ensuring accuracy and timely updates.
Ā Monitor customer orders and product shipments while promptly resolving any issues that arise, striving for a swift resolution.
Ā Perform additional tasks as required to support team objectives.
