Key Responsibilities
Enter data into internal and external systems accurately and efficiently, as provided by our team.
Input and load client employee payroll information and personal employee data into databases in a timely manner.
Update client and company-level information, such as delivery address changes and contact information updates, to maintain accurate account data.
Ensure the integrity of client taxes by inputting State Unemployment Insurance rate changes.
Perform other data-related tasks as required by our team.
Essential Qualifications
High School Diploma or equivalent required.
At least 1 year of Data Entry experience, with a proven track record of accuracy and efficiency.
Basic Excel experience and computer knowledge, with the ability to learn new systems and software.
Preferred Qualifications
1 year of experience with Microsoft Excel, with a strong understanding of data management and analysis.
Previous experience working with internal and external databases, and a familiarity with data entry best practices.
