As an Inpatient Manager, Implementation Success, you will serve as a player coach for seamless deployments of our inpatient product in healthcare settings. As an essential member of our team, you will manage the end-to-end implementation process, ensuring that our software solutions are successfully integrated into health systems. The right person for this role will bring a passion for creating repeatability and predictability in a highly complex technical and operational environment.This role will lead and manage Technical Implementation Partners to collaborate with a broad group of technical and clinical operations experts to successfully deploy and continually expand adoption of Qventus solutions. The Manager will lead the team to deliver the product within the determined timeline, budget, and scope, while delighting the customer.This role blends people management, engagement management, project leadership, technical oversight, and analytics. You will collaborate closely with hospital operations and IT teams to ensure alignment and smooth transitions from kickoff to go-live. With a focus on meticulous planning and coordination across cross-functional teams, you will be the bridge between our customers and internal R&D teams, driving the successful delivery of Qventus’s inpatient solutions.Your deep understanding of the product will also allow you to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement, maximizing value for clients and positively impacting healthcare operations. Join us and help revolutionize the healthcare landscape with cutting-edge technology and strategic implementation.Key Responsibilities:Team Management/Internal Leadership: Develop and manage 3-5 team members.Resolves complex account issues largely independently, but knows when to bring to bear resources from across the organization.Surface risks and advise internal and external leaders on mitigation strategies to drive efficient resolutionsCollaborate with Data Engineers, Product Specialists and Client Success Partners throughout each deployment to identify and implement solutions that maximize client value and satisfy client needsClient Implementation:Define and manage the implementation timeline for enterprise-wide deployment of Qventus Inpatient SolutionPartner with operational and technical client teams to ensure implementation requirements/needs are metBuild and manage relationships at multiple levels of client IT teamsPartner with operational and technical client teams to ensure implementation requirements/needs are metBuild and manage relationships at multiple levels of client IT teamsAct as the primary owner of the implementation for assigned client accounts, operating with a high level of autonomy and accountability while ensuring successful outcomes with minimal oversightCraft, manage and deliver high-impact, visually compelling client communications and presentations.Provide clinical, technical and process expertise into solution design in order to address customer use cases and to deliver results.What We’re Looking For: 5+ years of project/program management experience with a comprehensive understanding of the business requirements and technical capabilities needed for an enterprise-wide SaaS implementation.5 years of professional experience working at a top healthcare consulting firm, digital health company, or health system.5+ years of experience working cross-functionally with multiple teams, both internally and externally, to manage end-to-end project lifecycles and to drive project milestones to completion.Demonstrated ability to lead and develop staffExperience with technical implementation of healthcare SaaS solutionsKnowledge of inpatient metrics, processes, challenges, and solutions; ability to engage in strategic and operational discussions with hospital leaders and surgeons.A track record of applying strong quantitative and analytical skills in prior roles.Prior experience managing projects for hospital systems (e.g. EHR implementations) is requiredA passion for fixing our healthcare systemSkilled at understanding, documenting, and analyzing data using a variety of tools (Data validation dashboards, interpreting JAVA/SQL code, complex Excel functions, etc.)Ability to travel on average 25-30%It’s a Plus if You Have… The experience, knowledge and confidence to be a leader within a fast-paced high-tech start-up company in the healthcare vertical.Strong understanding of hospital economics and operations.Strong interpersonal communication (verbal + written), project management and client service skills with the political savvy to engage with client C-suite executives.Experience handling tough conversations, addressing and delivering pushback, understanding issues and developing effective, fact-based persuasion strategies.Bias to action – intolerant of inefficiency and bureaucracy.Experience with Epic/Cerner EHR instances.The salary range for this role is $100,000 to $170,000. Qventus salary bands represent market data across different geographies. We consider several factors when determining compensation, including location, skills and qualifications, and prior relevant experience. Salary is just one component of Qventus’ total package.
