About the Role: Site of Care Specialist As a Site of Care Specialist, you'll be the face of Aetna, providing targeted, personalized service to members and medical office providers. Your role will involve handling site of service transitions based on medical policy through various channels, including telephone, internet, web-chat, and written correspondence. This position requires a unique blend of analytical skills, compassion, and effective communication to deliver successful cost-saving transitions of care. Key Responsibilities: Engage with members and providers to educate them on Aetna products, including claims, accumulators, usage, and balances, and cost-sharing components. Utilize resources to assist members in understanding their benefits and health information. Handle non-routine calls that may require deviation from standard screens, scripts, and procedures. Deliver individualized programs based on the member's unique needs and preferences. Maintain compliance with ERISA and client-specific requirements. Work collaboratively as part of the team to meet business unit objectives. Prioritize and manage multiple tasks while maintaining excellent organization and detail orientation. Provide support to the Department in meeting client expectations regarding efficiency, service levels, privacy maintenance, and quality of decision-making. Essential Qualifications: To succeed in this role, you'll need: A proven background in medical/pharmacy benefits, particularly as they relate to infused specialty medications. Analytical skills and the ability to master complex systems. Empathy and effective listening skills to deliver successful cost-saving transitions of care. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks. Excellent organization skills and strong detail orientation. Familiarity with computer systems and Microsoft Office skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality. Knowledge of Aetna systems and processes, including ATV, ACAS, NLX, SFDC, and others (desirable but not mandatory). Preferred Qualifications: Healthcare/Pharmacy Experience. Salesforce Experience.
