As a Part-Time Evening Remote Customer Service Representative at Blithequark, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction in a fast-paced, remote environment. Job Type and Working Hours This is a part-time, remote position with evening working hours, approximately 4 PM – 9 PM (20-25 hours per week). As a remote employee, you will have the flexibility to work from the comfort of your own home, as long as you have a high-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace. Key Responsibilities Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate and helpful information. Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and efficient manner, escalating complex issues to appropriate departments as needed. Maintain accurate customer records and update information as needed, ensuring that customer data is up-to-date and easily accessible. Provide product and service information to customers, addressing their questions and concerns in a clear and concise manner. Conduct follow-ups to ensure customer issues are resolved, and provide additional support as needed. Assist with other customer service tasks as needed, including team meetings and training sessions. Essential Qualifications Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and team members. Strong problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to analyze issues, identify solutions, and implement effective resolutions. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of self-motivation and discipline. Proficiency in using customer service software and tools, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and technologies. High-speed internet connection and a quiet workspace, with the ability to work in a remote environment. Preferred Qualifications Previous customer service experience, preferably in a remote or call center environment. Some college coursework or a degree in a related field, such as business, communications, or customer service. Experience with CRM software, ticketing systems, or other customer service tools.
