Responsibilities
Ā Provide exceptional coordination of care, patient education, and medication administration for patients.

Ā Mentor and train new nurses through the Central Orientation Program, demonstrating competency and observing home visits.

Ā Collaborate with healthcare teams to address changes in patient condition or drug management issues.

Ā Work with nursing leadership to meet operational and performance improvement goals focused on patient care.
Requirements
Ā Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of employment.

Ā Active or eligibility to obtain national certification (CRNI) or other relevant certification.
,
Ā BSN degree with 3+ years of relevant RN experience, ASN degree with 5+ years, or Nursing Diploma with 8+ years of relevant RN experience; MSN degree preferred.

Ā Five or more years of intensive care nursing experience in Cardiac Care Unit, Pulmonary Care Unit, or similar clinical roles.

Ā Valid driver's license and willingness to travel within a large geographic area.
,
Ā Tech savvy with the ability to use Microsoft and IOS applications and devices.
