Information Security Tech Lead Analyst
Citibank, N.A. seeks an Information Security Tech Lead Analyst for its Irving, Texas location.
Duties: Ensure the overall security posture as per standards of new electronic trading Points of Delivery. Responsible for planning, building and executing technical solution designs for the delivery of both high performance and resilience information security technologies to support low latency electronic trading environments. Participate in various reporting functions, analysis of metrics, key performance indicators and vulnerability remediation initiatives. Reduce potential business impact by analyzing and identifying risks, performing gap analysis and architecture review, advising corrective actions and ensuring all relevant security controls are optimized with thorough understanding of security frameworks, National Institute of Standard and Technology (NIST) control objectives and knowledge gained with cyber security industry recognized certifications like, CISSP, CISM, CCSP, CCSK, AWS Security. Direct the development and delivery of secure solutions by coordinating with business and technical contacts and provide individual leadership in the realm of change, incident, and problem management by utilizing the tools such as ServiceNow, frameworks such as COBIT and ITIL. Support the build and migration of market business applications to the new electronic trading environment and retiring the legacy systematic trading environment utilizing security control and objective frameworks such as NIST, ISO and platforms such as Check Point, Palo Alto, Splunk, Corvil. Troubleshoot complex connectivity issues often involving multiple support teams. Adhere to corporate and information security and other functional standards and controls. A telecommuting/hybrid work schedule may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite, in accordance with Citi policies and protocols.
Requirements: Requires a bachelors degree, or foreign equivalent, in Cybersecurity, Information Security, or related field and 6 years of progressively responsible, post-baccalaureate experience as an Information Security Tech Lead Analyst, Senior Network Security Engineer Lead or related position involving low latency electronic trading in financial industry. 6 years of experience must include: Security frameworks: National Institute of Standard and Technology (NIST CSF, NIST 800-53), Control Objectives for Information and Technologies (COBIT), CIS, ISO 27000, Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL); Splunk, a security information and event management tool; Firewall platforms Check Point and Palo Alto, Juniper; Low latency network measurement tool: Corvil; Cyberark and OneIdentity privileged password management; Skybox and Hewlett Packard Network Automation compliance tools; and Low Latency Electronic Trading Infrastructure.
