Job Type: Contract Job Category: IT Job Description Job Title: Information Security Communications Analyst – Remote (Limited Locations) Job Description: We are seeking a detail-oriented and collaborative Information Security Communications Analyst to support communication strategies and awareness initiatives within the information security team. This fully remote role (limited to specific geographic areas) focuses on developing clear, impactful messaging to inform employees, stakeholders, and leadership about cybersecurity policies, risk mitigation, incident response, and compliance. Key Responsibilities: Develop and distribute internal communications related to cybersecurity initiatives, policies, training, and alerts Create engaging content for awareness campaigns, newsletters, intranet updates, and executive briefings Partner with InfoSec, IT, legal, HR, and compliance teams to ensure consistent and accurate messaging Translate complex technical concepts into accessible language for non-technical audiences Support incident communication and response planning in collaboration with the security operations team Track and analyze communication engagement and effectiveness metrics Contribute to the continuous improvement of security awareness programs and internal communication processes Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field 2–4 years of experience in corporate communications, information security, or cybersecurity awareness Excellent writing, editing, and content creation skills Familiarity with cybersecurity concepts, terminology, and best practices Experience with content management systems, graphic design tools, or digital communication platforms is a plus Strong interpersonal and cross-functional collaboration skills Must reside in an approved remote work location (limited locations policy may apply) Why Join Us?
