Provide subject matter expertise in operationalizing recommendations within the business.

Produce advanced analytical material to lead discussions with cross-functional teams and senior leadership.

Drive and create cross-functional teams in support of initiatives that significantly impact the enterprise or core business area.

Provide direction and mentorship to other team members in the peer review process.

Communicate analytical results, findings, and solutions to governance committees and business process owners.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Actuarial Sciences, or other quantitative discipline; OR 4 years of related experience may be substituted in lieu of degree.

8 years of related quantitative analysis experience, including statistical analysis, modeling, and engineering; OR advanced degree/designation in a relevant field with 6 years of experience; OR PhD in a relevant field with up to 4 years of experience.

6 years experience working with complex analytical tools and data.
,
2 years experience producing and presenting complex data related to strategic business activities.
,
Experience gathering and leading cross-functional teams to produce effective business outcomes.

Experience coaching and leading team members related to quantitative analysis and communications.
