Influencer Partnerships Manager

This is a remote position.We are looking for a dynamic and persuasive Influencer Outreach Specialist to join our team and drive the growth of the Mystsriya app by collaborating with top influencers. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and onboarding influencers, ensuring they understand and maximize their involvement in the platform. You will play a crucial role in expanding our influencer network, fostering strong relationships, and enhancing brand visibility.Key Responsibilities:

Identify, approach, and engage influencers across various platforms, effectively conveying the benefits of the Mystsriya app and persuading them to join.
Develop and implement outreach strategies, including personalized email campaigns to connect with potential influencers and secure partnerships.
Guide influencers through the onboarding process, providing detailed explanations of the app’s features and ensuring seamless integration.
Maintain strong, long-term relationships with influencers, offering ongoing support and engagement to maximize their contribution.
Track influencer engagement and performance, ensuring they actively promote the app while addressing any concerns or feedback.
Collaborate with the marketing team to align influencer partnerships with overall brand campaigns and initiatives.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor strategies to continuously optimize influencer outreach efforts.



RequirementsProven experience in influencer outreach, marketing, or partnerships, preferably in the tech or app industry.Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills, with the ability to establish rapport with influencers.Proficiency in email outreach techniques, including crafting compelling and conversion-driven messages.Ability to explain app features effectively and provide clear guidance during the onboarding process.Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-oriented, with the ability to manage multiple influencer relationships simultaneously.Experience in influencer marketing tools and CRM platforms is a plus.
