**Job Summary**
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our company, interacting with customers over the phone, email, and chat to resolve their queries and concerns. You'll be responsible for processing customer orders, navigating our website and online ordering system, and providing expert product knowledge to customers. **Key Responsibilities**
* Process customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology
* Communicate with customers over phone, email, and chat to resolve their queries and concerns
* Help customers navigate arenaflex's website and online ordering system
* Become a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently
* Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction
**Minimum Requirements**
* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
* Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers!
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
* Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software
**Preferred Qualifications**
* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
* Experience with CRM software and customer relationship management
* Strong product knowledge and ability to learn quickly
* Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
