About the Role
We’re looking for a dynamic, results-driven partnerships executive who thrives in the digital media and creator economy. Your focus will be on selling branded content and digital campaigns, securing integration placements, responding to RFPs, and building long-term relationships with brands and agencies.
This is a remote position with a flexible schedule. Compensation includes a competitive base salary plus commission on closed deals.
Responsibilities
• Drive outbound and inbound sales efforts to secure brand partnerships for our roster of creators
• Build and maintain strong relationships with brand and agency contacts
• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting and pitching to closing and campaign execution
• Collaborate with internal teams to shape creative concepts and proposals
• Hit quarterly and annual sales goals
What We're Looking For
• Experience in influencer marketing, brand partnerships, or digital media sales
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
• Strong relationships across brand-side and agency buyers
• Experience selling pre-roll, integrated content, and/or digital campaigns
• Deep understanding of the creator economy and social platforms (especially YouTube)
• Entrepreneurial, proactive, and organized, with excellent communication skills
