Collaborate with leading universities and research institutions to develop and maintain partnerships for advancing animal health and product innovation. Conduct research and analysis to stay current with industry trends and advancements in veterinary medicine. Act as a subject matter expert and provide guidance to internal teams on matters related to animal health and welfare. Serve as a liaison between Mars Incorporated and the veterinary community, representing the company at conferences, seminars, and other events. Develop and deliver educational materials and presentations to educate veterinarians and pet owners on Mars Incorporated's products and initiatives. Review and provide input on product development plans to ensure alignment with industry standards and best practices in animal health. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for new product development and improvements to existing products. Monitor and track industry regulations and compliance requirements related to animal health and ensure company compliance. Conduct trainings and workshops for internal teams on topics related to animal health and veterinary medicine. Represent Mars Incorporated as a thought leader in the pet care industry and contribute to the company's reputation as a global leader in animal health and well-being.
