Influencer & Community Manager
Title: Influencer & Community Manager (UGC + Creators + DMs) Description: We operate two beauty brands and are hiring an Influencer & Community Manager to help manage UGC creators, influencer outreach, DMs, and community engagement across Instagram and TikTok. We are scaling and need someone who is organized, proactive, and confident communicating with creators daily. This is a long-term role with consistent daily tasks. Responsibilities UGC + Creator Outreach • Research and contact new UGC creators weekly • Manage outgoing product seeding • Track creator responses, shipping, and deadlines • Organize all delivered content into Google Drive • Build and maintain a creator list for both brands Influencer Management • Manage influencer gifting programs • Track deliverables and follow-ups • Communicate expectations and deadlines • Identify high-potential micro-influencers Community Management (DMs + Engagement) • Reply to Instagram and TikTok DMs daily • Provide product recommendations and answers • Convert inbound DMs into sales or leads • Engage with tags, comments, mentions • Monitor community feedback and flag trends Content Operations Support • Pass content to our editors • Make sure creators deliver required formats • Collect screenshots, mentions, reviews • Assist with occasional story posts Requirements • Experience doing influencer outreach or UGC coordination • Comfortable communicating with creators and influencers • Strong English writing skills • Organized and detail-oriented • Knows Instagram + TikTok engagement basics • Able to work daily (Mon–Fri) • Reliable and consistent follow-through • Experience in beauty is a plus but not required Hours 15–20 hours per week (3–4 hours per day, Monday–Friday) Hours may increase as we scale.
