Job Description: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Industrial Millwright to join our team in Green Lane, PA. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting industrial machinery and mechanical equipment. Duties include reading blueprints, schematics, and manuals, performing routine maintenance, diagnosing mechanical issues, and ensuring equipment operates efficiently. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Responsibilities: - Install, align, and dismantle machinery and equipment according to layout plans and blueprints. - Perform routine maintenance and inspections to ensure machinery operates efficiently. - Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues, repairing or replacing defective parts as needed. - Operate hand and power tools, welding equipment, and other machinery as required. - Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work area. - Collaborate with other team members to complete projects on time and within budget.

Requirements: - High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or apprenticeship preferred. - Proven experience as an Industrial Millwright or similar role. - Proficiency in reading blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals. - Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Good physical condition and ability to lift heavy objects. - Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends if necessary.
