Create new recruiting strategies Managing a recruiting pipeline of candidates Screen candidatesConduct phone and video interviewsTranslate recruiting material in verbal and written formatsPerform and review background checksInitiate onboarding Post jobs on various channels Complete various team requests
WHAT YOU NEED TO WIN
1+ year of experience as a recruiterEnglish and Spanish verbal fluency - must be able to switch between the two without the use of a translator programExcellent time managementStrong work ethicHigh Volume Recruiting - must be able to handle stress and heavy workloads effectivelyExcellent critical thinking, problem-solving, and analytical abilities Proficient with Applicant Tracking Systems and HR databases (Breezy HR and Paylocity preferred) Proven computer skills Great interpersonal skillsEffective communication skills Knowledge of Airtable is a plus

Immediate availability Shift: Monday - Friday (8 am - 5 pm)Must provide your own laptop and webcamMust have a distraction-free, quiet work environmentOccasional night and weekends may be required during special projects
