Key Responsibilities
ā¢ Lead Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement programs (Kaizen, VSM, 5S)
ā¢ Analyze workflows, capacity, labor standards, and production planning impacts
ā¢ Improve quality, cycle times, safety outcomes, and OEE
ā¢ Develop KPI dashboards and reporting for operations leadership
ā¢ Support facility layout, line balancing, and process redesign initiatives
Requirements
ā¢ BS in Industrial Engineering or related discipline
ā¢ 7ā15+ years in manufacturing, distribution, or high-volume operations
ā¢ Proven Lean/Six Sigma capability (certification a plus)
ā¢ Strong data analysis skills (Excel; Power BI a plus)
ā¢ Strong leadership and change management capability
