We are looking for an Observability Engineer to join our team and work for a large multinational company in the food and beverage sector. This is an opportunity to handle monitoring and system reliability in a high-scale, complex environment. Responsibilities: Performance Monitoring and Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of production systems, creating high-quality alerts to improve incident detection and prevention. Preferred tools: AppDynamics (advantageous), New Relic, DataDog, Dynatrace, or similar. Software Architecture Support: With prior experience in software development, understand the solution’s architecture and identify opportunities to enable monitoring and custom alerts. Preferred languages: Java and/or Golang (not mandatory). Troubleshooting: Investigate real-world production issues using reported metrics to identify root causes, collaborating with the application team. Collaboration: Work closely with development teams to improve the reliability and performance of services. Requirements for this challenge: Practical experience with performance monitoring tools (AppDynamics is a plus, but N ew Relic, DataDog, or Dynatrace are also acceptable). Background in software development, with a solid understanding of architecture and system integration. Knowledge of programming languages such as Java and/or Golang (preferred, not mandatory). Experience with SRE practices and DevOps culture. Experience in troubleshooting and solving production issues. Advanced oral and written communication skills in English. Nice to have: Familiarity with Kubernetes, Docker, or other containerization technologies. Knowledge of process automation and infrastructure as code (Terraform, Ansible, etc.).
