Key Responsibilities:

Handle passenger queries and resolve issues promptly.
Ensure compliance with airport and airline regulations.
Executive-AO-CS:
Oversee check-in and boarding processes.
Manage customer service desks and handle passenger queries.
Coordinate with different departments to ensure seamless operations.
Monitor and report on daily operations.
Supervisor:
Supervise ground staff and ensure efficient airport operations.
Ensure adherence to safety and security protocols.
Conduct regular briefings and training for ground staff.
Handle escalated customer service issues and ensure resolution.
Eligibility Criteria:
