Inbound Sales Advisor

Location: Hybrid (2 days per week in office following training)
Hours: 35 hours, Mon-Fri between 08:00-20:00
* 1 late shift per week (12:00-20:00)
* 1 Saturday per month (10:00-14:00)

Salary: £25,000-£27,000 DOE + uncapped commission (Realistic OTE £900+ per month)
Start Date: April 2026
About the Role

As an Insurance Adviser, you will be the trusted expert helping customers choose the right health cover based on their needs. Through meaningful conversations, you'll guide individuals through their options, build rapport, and ensure they feel fully informed and supported in their decision-making.

This role is perfect for someone who:

* Has previous sales experience B2C or B2B if you come from FCA Environment this would be beneficial
* Communicates naturally and confidently
* Enjoys helping customers make smart, informed choices
* Wants a clear development route into financial services (including qualifications)
