Inbound Customer Service Representative (WFH)

They are seeking a dedicated Sleep Therapy Inbound Customer Service Representative to assist customers with CPAP resupply orders, ensuring accuracy in patient data and providing basic technical support.ResponsibilitiesActs as patient advocate to resolve questions or concernsCollects patient, source information and inputs data into e-IntakeCompletes thorough verification for products and servicesDevelops and maintains a working knowledge of current Medicare, Medicaid, insurance regulations, and FDA and JCAHO guidelinesDevelops and maintains working knowledge of current products and services offered by the companyIdentifies and resolves problems in a timely mannerMakes outbound calls as needed to collect patient dataManages all aspects of initial intake via high volume inbound phone callsProcesses related patient paperwork if assignedProcesses tickets to ensure timely fulfillment of product ordersPrompt and regular attendance is requiredProvides basic technical customer service assistance for CPAP equipmentProvides education to patients and location employees on CPAP suppliesUses e-Intake proprietary system to maintain accuracy and quality control throughout initial patient contact and data inputPerforms other duties as assignedSkillsHigh school diploma or GED equivalent, requiredBackground check (company-wide).
