General Duties
• Provide customers with exceptional service via incoming calls, utilizing various systems and platforms.
• Answer a high volume of inbound customer calls to resolve customer issues, requests, and questions.
• Establish and maintain customer satisfaction.

Minimum Requirements
• Ability to pass a criminal background check, drug screening, location verification and an internet speed test.
• Track Record of Excellent Attendance
• Prior customer service experience a plus
• Strong computer skills and typing proficiency.
• High school diploma or equivalent experience.
• Reliable Cell Phone for VPN Connection.
Work Environment
• PERMANENT REMOTE STATUS
• Must have a quiet, distraction-free home office setting.
Physical Demands
• Sitting for extended periods.
